Coaching Policies

These are the booking, payment and cancellation policies for one-on-one coaching with Yannet Barron. They apply to the fit call and to every coaching package listed on the plans.

They cover scheduling and payment. The coaching work itself is governed by a separate written agreement you would receive and sign before any work begins. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement controls.

1. Rescheduling

Sessions can be moved at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, the session is forfeited.

2. Missed sessions

A no-show forfeits the session.

3. Running late

Sessions end at the time they were scheduled to end, so a late start means a shorter session. After 15 minutes with no word from you, the session is treated as a no-show.

4. Payment

Packages are paid in full when you book. The 90-day program can be paid as $599 upfront or as three monthly payments of $210.

5. Refunds

Once a package has begun, payments are nonrefundable.

6. Package expiration

The 90-day program has to be completed within 120 days of the first session, which leaves room for the things life puts in the way. Sessions left unused after that are forfeited.

7. Messaging and check-ins

Accountability check-ins and priority messaging run Monday through Friday, with a reply within one business day. They are not an always-on service, and they do not include phone or video contact outside your scheduled sessions.

8. Coaching and crisis care

Coaching is not emergency care, crisis support, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment, and messaging your coach is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.

9. Changes to these policies

These policies may be updated from time to time. The date at the top reflects the current version. The policies in force when you booked are the ones that apply to that booking.
